Cost and Scholarships

TAIS believes our Annual Conference is an important component of our member schools’ professional development because of the quality and variety of the sessions as well as the opportunity for community- and relationship-building. We rely on and champion the expertise of faculty and staff at our member schools and feel there is great advantage in schools bringing their whole faculty to the conference. We are intentional in keeping our prices affordable but also recognize that schools’ budgets vary. We are therefore committed to offering discounts and scholarships that align with the value we place on member-school presenters, bringing large groups to the conference, and ensuring all of our schools have access to the conference.

Group Rates

We encourage member schools to send their entire faculty to the Annual Conference. Please email Kara at [email protected] with the following information to request a group discount code.

• Name and email of the primary school contact for registration 
• Number of faculty at the school
• Approximate number of people who will be registering using the code
• Anticipated registration date

Special Discounts

Annual Conference Presenter Discount
$180/ person

Presenters have access to a discounted two-day registration rate of $180.00. Presenters should have received a code to access the special rate upon confirmation of the acceptance of their proposal. Please email [email protected] for questions about the presenter discount code.

TAIS Committee Members Discount

$160/ person

TAIS is grateful for the work of Administrator Services and Teacher Services Committee members whose efforts are essential to our Annual Conference and year-long programming. Committee members should have received a code in early May to access the discounted registration rate of $160. Please email [email protected] for questions about the committee-member discount code.

NEW! Scholarships

Operating Budget Scholarship
Discounted registration is available on a sliding scale for TAIS member schools with annual operating budgets of or less than $5,000,000. Please email Sarah at [email protected] with the following information for consideration of an Operating Budget Scholarship.

• Name and email of the primary school contact for discussion of finances and discounts
• Name and email of the primary school contact for registration
• The school’s annual operating budget for the 2024-2025 school year
• Number of faculty at the school
• Approximate number of people who will be registering using the code
• Anticipated registration date

New Attendees Scholarship
Any school sending two or more attendees to our conference from a school that has not attended our Annual Conference in 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 is eligible for a 15% discount on registration. Please email Sarah at [email protected] with the following information for consideration of a New Attendees Scholarship.

• Number of faculty at the school
• Approximate number of people who will be registering using the code

Projected Professional Development Hours

Attendance for both days = 11 hours
Attendance on Monday only = 7.5 hours
