COVID Protocols:
We are grateful to be able to hold in-person events. Safety and reducing risk are priorities at these events, and we need attendees' support in maintaining these priorities. TAIS is monitoring state and local statistics and following guidance from the CDC. At this time, we are requiring all attendees to wear masks at our in-person events and are also arranging seating to allow for social distancing; providing masks, hand sanitizer, and bleach wipes at our events; and arranging a minimum of six feet distance between presenters and attendees to allow for presenters to be unmasked if they choose. We will continue to monitor numbers and CDC recommendations and may make changes to our protocols closer to the event date.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Procedures
Participation in TAIS events signifies an attendee’s acknowledgement of infectious and other diseases and voluntary assumption of the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including distancing and/or masking, that may be implemented by TAIS, in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and other public health authorities.
